What you’ll do as our Sr. Consultant Organisational Design & Implementation:
As a manager organisational design and implementation, you work closely with our clients to design the best organisational design for their specific context and ensure a reliable implementation. With a proven approach, you design based on guiding principles, determine the required workforce and determine what the impact on the organisation, teams and individuals is.
Next to designing, you help our clients in the implementation, including the dialogue with e.g. the workers council. But a successfully implemented design will not work without appropriate new ways of working, leadership and mindset. Therefore you work closely with other team members within the transformation team.
