What will you be doing?
As (Senior) Manager Insurance, you will focus specifically on our insurance clients. You will guide them in becoming digital front-runners, becoming more customer oriented by developing digital strategies and customer-centric propositions. From the first brainstorm to the eventual go-live of the product or service, you derive energy from conception, creation and then taking care of execution. You are a dedicated manager who can deliver a project from A to Z while managing your stakeholders. You enjoy working with people from different disciplines, such as developers, product specialists, UX and visual designers. You are familiar with the operational IT aspect of transforming businesses and have the ability to make others think outside the box. As a manager at IG&H you’re also responsible for the development and personal growth of your team along with the development of new business opportunities.

What you bring
an MSc Degree
5+ years of experience within the insurance sector;
Deep knowledge of insurance products (non-life, income);
Management consulting experience
Strongly developed analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Broadly oriented with a passion for innovation/insurtech
Good at translating strategy into execution

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an orientational meeting

In the first Interview you will meet an IG&H director and manager who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and fit for the role

2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet two IG&H colleagues as well. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Third Interview
In the third interview you will meet two IG&H partners.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
