What is required?
MSc degree
6+ years of (consulting) working experience
Passion for digital transformation
Experience with scrum methodology and you know how to scale this to organizations of more than 100 people
You are experienced in coaching and developing teams on agility
You have excellent Dutch language skills

What are you going to do?

Are you passionate about digital transformation, and do you have a vision of how to make organizations agile? Do you have a proven track record getting teams into motion by coaching them and teaching them how to constantly improve their performances? Then we’d like to get to know you!


As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will ensure multidisciplinary teams and organizations perform in an agile, predictable way. In doing so, you can scale up Agile methods to organizations for more than 100 people. Furthermore, you will develop (digital) Agile-based (Scrum, SAFe) propositions, combining hard transformation aspects, such as an organizational structure and KPIs, and soft transformation aspects, such as employees’ mindsets and ways of working. You reason and act from the client’s perspective and opportunities, understanding their potential technological implications.  You will mentor and develop the transformation team on this subject and guide IG&H as a company towards an even higher level of professionalization of agile transformation.

Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an orientational meeting

In the first Interview you will meet two IG&H consultants who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and fit for the role

2. Case Round
In the case round you will meet two IG&H consultants or manager
Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them..
3. Meet-up with partners
In the third interview you will meet two IG&H partners.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
