You are: 

As a member of the IT team, this role is critical to help support the business maintain fluidity and increase our organizational scalability. We are looking for a highly driven, problem solving individual with a deep knowledge of the Salesforce (Platform, Sales Cloud & Pardot) & FinancialForce (PSA & Accounting) ecosystem. You will enhance our configuration, to maximize productivity of our employees.

What are your key Responsibilities?

– User management, automation, mobile setup, data management, as well as other configuration items for Salesforce Sales Cloud & FinancialForce

– Develop, configure, test, and deploy database fields, validation rules, APEX triggers, screens, flows, reports and dashboards – to improve the business value of our platform.

– Identify continuous improvement opportunities for our platform and processes

– Implement new 3rd party applications

– Give end-user training

– Continuously improve system functionality

– Manage Salesforce & FinancialForce releases

– Offer technical support for the platform towards internal users

– Own your workload, work independently, and collaborate with a team to maintain and enhance a world class ERP application

What you bring
Hands-on Salesforce Lightning administration experience (on Sales Cloud, and preferably also Pardot) and FinancialForce (PSA & Accounting) experience
Salesforce Admin (ADM201) and FinancialForce Admin Certification (or willing to get certified)
Self-starter who is detail oriented, excellent prioritization and organizational skills who can work independently.
Ability to carry out Business Analysis tasks
Hold a Salesforce Platform App Builder/Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification (nice to have)
Familiarity with APEX & SOQL
Able to have a technical communication in English (a must)
Can-do, deliver and critical thinking mindset with a positive and proactive behavior

1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first interview.

In the first interview you will meet an IG&H manager and a manager People & Culture who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and (technical) fit for the role

2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet an IG&H manager. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and technical fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Partner Talk
In the third phase you will meet an IG&H partner.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
