Quantivate is our new one suite product that helps our retail clients in automating all core retail aspects: from buying, to selling and delivering, resulting in end-to-end control over all retail business aspects and fast decision-taking. A low cost, ease to implement solution which is also scalable. An innovative solution within the retail business we are excited about!

What are you going to do?

As a Sales Consultant, you help us introduce our product to existing and new retail clients and ensure the continuous growth of our customer base. You manage relationships with our existing customers. You also have considerable knowledge of the retail solutions market and ongoing developments at our competitors. You are responsible for creating the go-to-market strategy and sales initiatives. Furthermore, you develop and monitor CRM cycle to support and register conversion from lead to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and filing the sales funnel
  • Responsible for ARR targets
  • Building customer relationships, increase revenue and optimize Customer Acquisition
  • Customer relationship management
  • Setting KPI’s and monitoring the CRM process
  • Building expertise of the retail solutions market; following trends and competition
  • Develop and implementing sales initiatives
  • Creating the go-2-market strategy together with our marketing colleagues and product owner

What you bring
at least a Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of relevant working experience with selling SAAS solutions preferably in retail
experience in consultative selling to c-level executives
you are a strong communicator and have excellent negotiating skills
you have the analytical ability to uncover customer challenges
experience using CRM system such as Salesforce
familiar with BANT and MEDDIC methodology
demonstrable experience working with data and making data-driven decisions
fluent in English, good command of Dutch and German will be considered as a plus

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an initial meeting.

In the first interview you will meet the Director Retail Solutions who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and fit for the role

2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet one or two IG&H Partners. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Third Interview
In the third interview you will meet one or two more IG&H partners.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
