What are your key responsibilities?

• Work side by side with the Service Delivery Manager and be part of a development team project for our clients based in NL (remotely and local);
• Work on customized software solutions, in an Agile environment;
• Provide architectural planning and technical leadership to the team;
• Guarantee project quality in design-time by enforcing development best practices;
• Hands-on attitude in projects related to scalable build, test, and deployment systems, applying continuous integration and continuous delivery practices;
• Advice and implement customized solutions, tools, technologies or processes to ensure the highest quality product platform;
• Be open to challenge the solutions proposed or requirements;
• Troubleshoot code level problems and embrace complex technical challenges according to project needs;
• Ability to communicate clearly and ask questions;
• Being knowledgeable, driven and passionate about improving your skills every day;

This position is a mix of technical and business focus, namely to understand the need and wishes of the clients to make the technical translation in order to link the business to the software solution;

What you bring
BSc in computer science (or related area) or extensive experience in IT
5+ years of experience developing web and mobile OS applications
Experience as Delivery Manager or Tech Lead in OutSystems projects
Strong technical skills in OS Integration, Component / Add-on’s Development
Mastery of OutSystems best practices, architecture patterns, solution design, web application performance, integrations and extensions
Experience in technologies such as SQL server / Oracle, .NET and experience in Data Modelling and Database Design
Proficiency in Agile methodology, namely Scrum and with Web technologies of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ jQuery and knowledge of C#, specially Extensions
Able to have a technical conversation in English (a must)

1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first interview.

In the first interview you will meet an IG&H manager and a manager People & Culture who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and (technical) fit for the role

2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet an IG&H manager. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and technical fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Third Interview
In the third interview you will meet an IG&H partner.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
