What are your key Responsibilities?

– You will work side by side with the Service Delivery Manager and be part of a development team project for our clients based in NL (remotely and local);
– Work on customized software solutions, in an Agile environment;
– Advice our clients and implement the customized solution;
– Being knowledgeable, driven and passionate about improving your skills every day.

This position is a mix of technical and business focus, namely to understand the need and wishes of the clients to make the technical translation in order to link the business to the software solution.

What you bring
At least 1 year’ experience in OS development for Web and/or Mobile
Eager to work with an Agile methodology, namely Scrum
Proficiency in Web technologies of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ jQuery
BSc in computer science (or related area) or extensive experience in IT
Hold a OS certification (nice to have)
Able to have a technical communication in English (a must)
Can-do, deliver and critical thinking mindset with a positive and proactive behavior
Eager to learn more even outside Outsystems

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first interview.

In the first interview you will meet an IG&H manager and a manager People & Culture who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and (technical) fit for the role

2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet an IG&H manager. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and technical fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Third Interview
In the third interview you will meet an IG&H partner.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
