The Office Host creates the right experience for everyone that’s visiting our IG&H Utrecht office. How so? You are the first point of contact for all guests and visitors. As an office host you are responsible for an unforgettable first impression and making sure that everyone visiting our office is given a full workplace experience; connecting people, technique and their workplace.

Your responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and receiving guests and visitors with a professional level of hospitality
  • Answering and transferring incoming phone calls to our guests
  • Sorting, distributing and getting the mail ready
  • The booking and preparation of inspiring meeting rooms and making sure our visitors have a great experience
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Being the first point of contact on all kinds of facility issues
  • Helping to organize internal and external events
What you bring
You breathe hospitality – you make every guest feel valued and welcome
You have a service-oriented mindset and feel responsible
You possess a positive attitude and are ready to work as part of a team
Structured and well organized, you are capable of working in a high demanding/performing environment
At least 2-3 years experience in hospitality
You have an MBO4 diploma (direction Facility, Horeca or Tourism)
Ambition to grow into a broader role within our Office Support team
Native Language Dutch and good English communication skills

Our recruitment process

1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an initial meeting.

In the first interview you will meet the Office Manager and Recruiter who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and fit for the role

2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet one or two Managing Directors. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
