As a developer, you will be involved in different projects to show your architectural skills. Work together with your architect colleagues to design the most suitable solution for our complex projects.

What are your key Responsibilities?

  • Participate in Business applications implementations
  • Develop the extensions needed
  • Configure the Products
  • Work side by side with a Lead Solution Architect and be part of a development team project for our clients
  • Advise our clients and implement the customized solution
  • Being knowledgeable, driven and passionate about improving your skills every day
  • This position is not only to be a coder but also to understand the business need and wishes of the clients to make the technical translation in order to link the business to the software solution

What you bring
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Experience (1+ years)
Power Platform Experience (1+ years)
Experience in other relevant surroundings around Microsoft cloud technology
Solid programming skills (.NET, HTML5, JavaScript, SQL)
BSc in computer science (or related area) or extensive experience in IT
Able to have a technical communication in English (a must)
Proficient communication skills, with ability to organize and present technical knowledge in an easily understood manner
Skilled to negotiate with different audiences (project management, business, infra, users)
Can-do, deliver and critical thinking mindset with a positive and proactive behavior

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first interview.

In the first interview you will meet an IG&H manager and a manager People & Culture who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and (technical) fit for the role

2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet an IG&H manager. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and technical fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Partner Talk
In the third phase you will meet an IG&H partner.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
