Key Responisbilities:
  • You will work side by side with the Service Delivery Manager and be part of a development team project for our local Dutch clients;
  • Work on customized software solutions, in an Agile environment;
  • Advice our clients and implement the customized solution;
  • Being knowledgeable, driven and passionate about improving your skills every day;

This position is a mix of technical and business focus, namely to understand the need and wishes of the clients to make the technical translation in order to link the business to the software solution.

What you bring
At least a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Informatics, Computer Science or related,
Between 2-5 years of experience in Outsystems development for Web and/or Mobile,
If you have a programming background with technologies such as C#, .net, JavaScript or CSS and made the switch to working with low code systems, we invite you to apply as well,
If you have experience working with other low code platforms such as Mendix and Power Apps, then we also invite you to apply,
Proficiency in Agile methodology, namely Scrum;
Fluent in Dutch (a must, due to our local Dutch clients) and technical communication skills in English.

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first interview.

In the first interview you will meet an IG&H manager or director and a colleague from our People & Culture team who will interview you based on your motivation, experience, qualifications and cultural fit with our company.

2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet an IG&H manager. Here we will have a deeper look into your technical fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Third Interview
In the third interview you will meet an IG&H partner.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
