What are you going to do:

As Manager Sales and Business Development, your involvement starts at every major deal IG&H makes. You have all the knowledge regarding Microsoft solutions and you know your way within the Microsoft ecosystem. You build connections based on joint customers and are also responsible for optimizing the collaboration with our Microsoft partners. You enjoy working with people from different disciplines and are familiar with the technology aspect of transforming businesses. Aside from commercial qualities, you bring a passion for technology and are able to communicate with different stakeholders on a higher level. Ideally, you make transformation real by merging business and tech. You are in close contact with your partners from Microsoft and also stay involved during implementation trajectories at our clients. Together, you see to it that project milestones are met and that you make every project at our client where Microsoft solutions are involved a success.

What we ask
5+ years of Microsoft experience
Enterprise sales / commercial experience
experience with managing projects & programs
you enjoy building relations and you have a getting things done mentality
strong stakeholder management and organisational sensitivity;
a daring, entrepreneurial personality
experience and affinity with technology
preferably an existing network in the Microsoft ecosystem and Microsoft itself.

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an orientational meeting
2. First interview
In the first interview you will meet two IG&H future colleagues. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Second interview
In the second interview you will meet one or two other IG&H partners.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
