As Manager Retail, you will specifically be focussing on our retail clients. You will support them in becoming digital frontrunners, becoming more customer oriented by developing digital strategies and customer centred propositions. Together with your multidisciplinary team you help clients in determining the right market position and improving the business model and associated processes. Whether it’s about designing a new omni-channel proposition or developing an innovative and optimised delivery concept, you are able to ensure that our customers transform and remain relevant. You enjoy doing this together with colleagues who specialise in data science, organisational, and digital transformation. You are familiar with the strategic aspect of transforming businesses and have the ability to make others think outside-of-the-box. As a manager at IG&H you’re also responsible for the development and personal growth of your team and development of new business opportunities.

Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an orientational meeting
In the first interview you will meet two colleagues. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role.
In the second round you will meet a Manager and a Director. You will be presented with a case to see how you would handle it. Here we look at your analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
Here, you will meet two partners. Here we look at what makes you unique. You will be presented with one or two issues to see how you handle them.
