As a Manager Digital Pensions you represent IG&H as the digital transformation firm currently in the market. With highly developed capabilities in digital transformation, Low Code, our own cloud-based pension Solution and Sector knowledge, we can provide the full range of services required to prepare and execute the upcoming transformation successfully with our customers.

What are you going to do?

As a Manager Digital Pensions, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our most critical transformation projects. This means that you will be involved in and/or leading business development and delivery of large scale transformation programmes in the Pension sector. This will allow you make an impact in the sector and deliver tangible results with a dedicated team.

Next to your client related activities we put great emphasis on developing our own company and culture. You will be able to choose in what area’s you would like to support the growth of IG&H as a digital transformation firm. Whether it would be in team development, marketing, delivery capabilities or something you might have a passion for yourself.

As a Manager Digital Pensions at IG&H, you are responsible for:

  • Leading the delivery of large scale (IT) programmes within the pension sector
  • Developing a team of highly skilled consultants, analysts and developers, with team members from the customer side as well
  • Overall manage the relationship with the client in terms of contract, budget and planning
  • You have a responsibility in the growth and development of the Pensions team

What we ask
Master’s degree
Around 7 years of experience in the Pensions and/or Insurance sector, in roles such as Project / Program Manager, IT Manager, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer or as a consultant in this domain
Relevant (IT) Delivery experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an orientational meeting
2. First interview
In the first interview you will meet two colleagues. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role.
3. Case round
In the second round you will meet a Manager and a Director. You will be presented with a case to see how you would handle it. Here we look at your analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
4. Third round
Here, you will meet two Managing Directors. Here we look at what makes you unique. You will be presented with one or two issues to see how you handle them.
