Field Support Technician - Lisbon, Portugal

As a Field Support Technician, you will integrate an internal IT team to integrate the 1st line of response to customers: analysis, troubleshooting and forwarding of issues reported by customers.

What are your key Responsibilities?

– Integrate the 1st line of response to customers: analysis, troubleshooting and forwarding of issues reported by customers;

– Support for internal applications (Microsoft Office 365, Intune, antivirus, Microsoft Azure, etc…);

– Dealing with problems related to hardware and/or software;

– Installation and configuration of hardware and software in Windows environments;

– Network management, routing, switching, VPN;

What you bring
Knowledge of maintenance and hardware exchange (printers, laptops, switching)
Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 installation and maintenance
Knowledge in Microsoft Intune, is valued (nice to have)
Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferential Zendesk
Be able to diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
Be able to follow all company’s filed procedures and policies
Document resolutions, processes and procedures
Able to have a technical communication in English (a must)

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first interview.

In the first interview you will meet an IG&H manager and a manager People & Culture who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and (technical) fit for the role

2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet an IG&H manager. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and technical fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Third Interview
In the third interview you will meet an IG&H partner.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
