You are:

Someone who truly understands what this change is all about. As a Director in our retail practice you will guide our clients in becoming digital frontrunners with a radical customer-centric orientation and an analytics-enabled, seamless execution. In order to do this, you are able to apply your knowledge and expertise in digitalization & technology into these transformations. You are a diligent and involved manager who can deliver a project from A to Z while managing your stakeholders. You enjoy working with people from different disciplines, such as technology, change, analytics and strategy. As a director at IG&H, you are also responsible for business development as well as the development and personal growth of your team.

What we ask
MSc degree
At least 10 years of (consulting) experience in retail / consumer goods
Expertise in digital transformation, strategy & technology
Demonstrable broad exposure on board level (CIO / CTO)
willingness to travel (limited to Europe, 10%)

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an orientational meeting
2. First interview
In the first interview you will meet two IG&H partners. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Second interview
In the second interview you will meet one or two other IG&H partners.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
