What are you going to do?

As Director Pensions, you will guide our pensions clients in becoming successful in a dynamic world where digital innovation, changing customer
requirements, and new regulations prevail. Within the Financial Services domain, we achieved a Net Promotor Score of +52, which is quite high. Committed, competent, pragmatic, and a pleasure to work with: is how we are often described.

You are able to apply your knowledge and expertise in digitalization & technology into client transformations. You help them be more customer oriented by developing (digital) strategies and customer centred propositions. You enjoy working with people from different disciplines, such as technology, change, analytics and strategy. You have the ability to make others think outside-of-the-box. As a director at IG&H, you are also responsible for business development as well as the development and personal growth of your team. You have a leading position on team level and will be responsible for the performance off the team as well as coaching and mentoring your mentee’s.

What you bring
an MSc Degree with 10+ years’ experience in the pensions field
you have relevant experience within the management consulting industry
demonstrable broad exposure on board level (CEO / CIO / CTO)
expertise of pensions solutions and products;
experience and affinity in digital strategy & technology
enjoys building relations and has a commercial mindset

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an orientational meeting

In the first Interview you will meet one or two IG&H partners who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and fit for the role

2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet two IG&H Directors. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Third Interview
In the third interview you will meet two IG&H partners.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
