Our health practice has more than doubled in the last years, and due to a growing client base we want to expand our team. We have been able to work on large and impactful projects with our customers, where we combine strategy and execution. A great example of our recent work is setting up and running the Landelijk Coordinatiecentrum Patienten Spreiding (LCPS) in the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Another example is our work for a global MedTech company. Together with our technology team in Portugal and a strong client team we build and implement low code software solutions for specific patient groups such as diabetes.
With COVID-19 going on, the MedTech sector has taken center stage. There is a high demand for medical equipment such as ventilators, Personal Protective Equipment and diagnostic tests. We believe that the pandemic will accelerate the digital transformation in the medtech and diagnostics sector, to enable the industry to link directly with healthcare professionals and patients. With our digital services, data science capabilities, and low code development capabilities we have a unique proposition for the sector to make tangible progress here.

You have a strong point of view and thought leadership on the future developments of the MedTech sector and its clients. You are able to apply your knowledge and expertise in technology into digital transformations at our clients. You are a diligent and involved director who can deliver a project from A to Z while managing your stakeholders. You enjoy working with people from different disciplines, such as technology, change, data science and strategy. As a director at IG&H, you are also responsible for business development as well as the development and personal growth of your team.

In the second interview you will meet two IG&H Directors. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
In the third interview you will meet two IG&H partners.
