What are you going to do?

Do you want to lead our clients to become truly customer focused and digital organisations? Are you passionate about, delivering products, coaching and improving teams, so they’re fit for the future?

As a Consultant Transformation you enable leading organisations in the industry to perform better. You will implement products, realise growth, increase, agility and ownership within teams and put the organisation in the lead of their own transformation. In cooperation with your IG&H colleagues, you are responsible for getting things done, continuous improvement and make sure that the organisation and its employees adopt the right mindsets, leadership and ways of working.

The implementation of practical, lasting solutions plays a major role in your daily work.

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review and first interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an orientational meeting

In the first Interview you will meet two IG&H consultants who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and fit for the role

2. Case Round
In the case round you will meet two IG&H consultants or manager
Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Meet-up with partners
In the third interview you will meet two IG&H partners or directors.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
