The insurance sector is changing rapidly. Players taking over each other, insurers (having to) make drastic choices to remain relevant, insurtechs coming up with completely new solutions, the movement from ownership to use by consumers and entrepreneurs, you name it. IG&H plays a leading role in this transition by advising and guiding players in their digital transformation. And we are growing fast! We are therefore looking for an enthusiastic colleague who, like us, has an enormous drive to help players in the sector (insurers, intermediaries and chain parties) take a fundamental step further in terms of innovation, digitalisation, agility and customer relevance, among other things.


What are you going to do?

As a consultant financial services you will be part of a team which guides our insurance clients in becoming digital leaders, becoming more customer oriented and developing (digital) strategies and propositions. From the first brainstorm to the eventual go live of the product or service. You will develop (digital) concepts, initiate transformation and build new propositions and services. You already have experience developing customer journeys, setting up customer validation tests, or drawing out user stories. You can also easily connect to different disciplines, such as developers, product specialists or designers. You get a kick when you see a new exciting product or service in the market and you appreciate the role technology has in creating these propositions.

What we ask
MSc degree
You have > 2 years of experience in an insurance environment, of which part in project or (internal) consultancy roles
You have experience in guiding and implementing strategic and tactical issues in the area of commerce, technology and/or operations
You have a top sport mentality and enjoy working in a team to make a difference for our clients
You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English; German is a plus.

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first phone screening and/or invite you for an orientational meeting
2. First interview
In the first interview you will meet two colleagues. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and fit for the role. We ask you to do an online assessment which consists of an IQ and personality test, prior to the first interview.
3. Case round
In the second round you will meet a Manager and a Director. You will be presented with a case to see how you would handle it. Here we look at your analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
4. Third round
Here, you will meet two partners. Here we look at what makes you unique, and for you of course the opportunity to ask questions.
