Want to start your career in consultancy? As a Business Analyst Transformation at IG&H you will be making impact at leading companies in the Netherlands. Whether you work for organizations in the Health, Retail or Financial Services sector, you will enable leading organizations in the industry to perform better.

You will implement products, realize growth, increase, agility and ownership within teams and put the organization in the lead of their own transformation. In cooperation with your IG&H colleagues, you are responsible for getting things done, continuous improvement and make sure that the organization and its employees adopt the right mindsets, leadership and ways of working. The implementation of practical, lasting solutions plays a major role in your daily work.

As an integral part of a team of consultants, you will be given responsibility from day one: whether you’re working for our clients implementing given advice and integrating new solutions; or working from the IG&H office, developing new proposals and contributing to the firm’s expertise.

What you bring
MSc degree
Recently graduated or a maximum of 2 years experience
Passion for change management
You have excellent Dutch and English communication skills
You are entrepreneurial and have humor
