As an Azure Engineer, you will integrate a team to be involved in different projects to run Mission Critical Solutions of our clients, from the deep practical experience with the customer to Pro-Active advice to improve their operations.

What are your key Responsibilities?

  • Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft
  • Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues
  • Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically)
  • Create and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering group
  • Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience
  • Drive technical collaboration and engagement outside of CSS (Product Engineering teams, Services, Support, Regions)

What you bring
At least 2 years’ experience in technical support services
Experience on Big Data projects and/or Advanced Analytics
Knowledge as Azure AD administrator (nice to have)
Experience on Cloud Implementation, Integration of External Application
Certified on Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure and or OutSystems (nice to have)
CSP Management knowledge is a plus
Mindset of Troubleshoot & Problem solving
Proficient communication skills, with ability to organize and present technical knowledge in an easily understood manner
Able to have a technical communication in English (a must)
Can-do, deliver and critical thinking mindset with a positive and proactive behavior

Our four stage recruitment process

1. Review and First Interview
Based on your cv and cover letter we would like to contact you for a first interview.

In the first interview you will meet an IG&H manager and a manager People & Culture who will interview you based on your motivation, resume and (technical) fit for the role

2. Second Interview
In the second interview you will meet an IG&H manager. Here we will have a deeper look into your experience, qualifications and technical fit for the role. You will also be presented with one or more issues, to see how you would handle them.
3. Partner Talk
In the third phase you will meet an IG&H partner.
Here we look at what makes you unique.
4. Offer
We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
